1. Enter the appropriate percentage.

For residential parcels... You may build on a maximum of 20% of the "Total Parcel Square Footage." |

For commercial parcels... You may build on a maximum of 50% of the "Total Parcel Square Footage." |
|
Associated structures such as as porches, decks, patios, platforms and storerooms may not exceed 10% of the "Total Parcel Square Footage." |

Please note, parcel owners having multiple, contiguous parcels, may construct a home using the above calculation; however, the total parcel square footage of multiple parcels may be combined in the calculation of a single dwelling's total square footage. |
2. Then enter the "Total Parcel Square Footage" without commas in the next input field below the percentage field.
3. Next, click on the "Calculate" button. The results will give you the "Total Square Footage" that you may build on your parcel.
